REASON:  To enable the Committee to view the site.

 

In accordance with Planning Committee Protocol, the objector who had requested to speak in relation to this application, opted to make his representation at the meeting following the site visit.

5.3     RESOLVED that the reasons for refusal drafted by the Head of           Planning, as detailed in the report, in relation to the following           planning applications which were refused planning         permission by the Planning Committee, contrary to the officer          recommendation, on 17th April, 2018 be endorsed:-

The Development & Built Heritage Manager advised that an e-mail had been received from the applicants’ agent, the contents of which he read out for the Committee’s information.
