The Executive Board Member considered a report seeking approval to publish proposals to introduce a Prohibition of waiting at any time, together with Off Street Parking Orders at the following locations within the Millenium Coastal Park, as detailed in appendix 1 to the report, to aid the free flow of traffic and orderly parking at the following locations:-

a)    Factory Road, Pembrey Country Park,

b)    Road leading down to car park, adjacent to the Shoreline Caravan Park, Pembrey,

c)     Access road to Festival Fields car park, Llanelli,

d)    Access road from Burry Port Link road to car park.

It was reported that following initial consultation on the proposals with statutory consultees, four objections/submissions had been received, as detailed within Appendix 2 to the report together with the officer responses thereto. It was recommended the proposals, as detailed in Appendix 1 be proceeded with and the objectors be informed accordingly.
