RESOLVED that the decision record of the meeting of the Executive Board Member for Environment held on the 22^ND January, 2020 be signed as a correct record.

The Executive Board Member considered a report on the Council’s proposal to create a Disabled Parking Bay in Station Road, Burry Port in place of an existing time limited parking bay, as detailed on the plan appended to the report, and noted that following a consultation exercise undertaken on the proposals an objection had been received from the owner of a nearby business.

The Executive Board Member considered the objection received, the officer responses thereto together with other options and their advantages and disadvantages.

RESOLVED that the objection received to the proposed Traffic Regulation Order for a Disabled Parking Bay in Station Road, Burry Port be noted but that the Order be confirmed, as detailed in the report, and that the objector be informed accordingly.

The Executive Board Member considered a report on the Council’s proposal to introduce a 20mph Speed Limit along various residential streets in Carmarthen, as detailed on the plan appended to the report, and noted that following a consultation exercise undertaken on the proposal an objection had been received in regard to signage.

The Executive Board Member considered the objection received and the officer responses thereto.
