RESOLVED that the decision record of the meeting held on the 19^th September, 2018 be signed as a correct record.

The Executive Board Member considered a report providing details of an application for assistance from the Event Support Fund which has been assessed on the basis of its contribution to the Authority’s Tourism, Community and Economic strategic aims.

RESOLVED that the following application for assistance from the Event Support Fund be approved, subject to the terms and conditions indicated in the criteria for the fund:-

The Executive Board Member considered a digest of proposed leisure charges for 2019-20.  The report included charges for the following:

·         Cultural Services (Arts & Theatre venues)

·         Sports & Leisure venues (Leisure Centres & Swimming Pools)

·         Outdoor Recreation (Country Parks, including Millennium Coastal Park, Pendine Beach car park and Pendine Outdoor Education Centre).

During the meeting the Head of Leisure referred to the following suggested amendments to be made to the report subsequent to its publication:

·         Pembrey Country Park Season Ticket – charge £55 per annum instead of £53 per annum and £50 instead of £47.50 for renewals.

·         Pembrey Country Park outside car park – remove the 1 hour charge of £1.10 and charge £2 for up to two hours.

RESOLVED that the digest of Leisure Charges for 2019-20 be approved as set out in the report subject to the changes above.
