MRS. MARY ANN COLLINS - HACKNEY CARRIAGE / PRIVATE HIRE DUAL DRIVERS LICENCE Minutes: The Committee was informed that Mrs Mary Ann Collins was not present and had not contacted officers to advise them of her intentions.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that consideration of Mrs Mary Ann Collins’ future conduct be deferred to the next meeting of the Committee.

Minutes: The Committee considered an application from Mr Brian Wooloff of 6 Gathen Terrace, Llanelli for the grant of a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Dual Drivers Licence.
The Committee interviewed Mr Brian Wooloff with regard his application.
The Public Health Services Manager recommended that Mr Wooloff’s application be granted with a warning as to his future conduct.
RESOLVED that in line with the Council’s guidelines, the application submitted by Mr B. Wooloff for the grant of a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Dual Drivers Licence be granted with a warning as to his future conduct.
