Minutes:

RESOLVED that the following planning application be refused for the reasons detailed within the Head of Planning’s written report:-

W/40014

Shed for agricultural purposes and storage/maintenance of vintage and classic vehicles (hobby personal use), access track, hardstanding and associated engineering works at Llety Teg land, Pencader, SA39 9BU

A representation was received from the local Member in support of the application and confirming that the element of the proposal to include for the storage/maintenance of vintage and classical vehicles would be for hobby/personal use only with no commercial vehicle repairs to be undertaken, with the applicant being agreeable to any planning consent being conditioned accordingly. Additionally, whilst current animal numbers at the farm were low, it was the applicant’s intention to acquire additional land in the future to increase stock levels.

The Development Management Officer responded to the issues raised during consideration of the report.
