Additional documents: Minutes: The Committee considered the Planning Appeals Report which provided information relating to lodged planning appeals as at 7th April 2025.
The Senior Development and Enforcement Manager made reference to appeal number PL/05250 where it was reported that the appeal had been withdrawn as the building had been sold to another party and therefore was not longer available to them.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the report be noted.
