An apology for absence was received from Councillor A.D.T. Speake.

There were no declarations of interest.

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED

3.1 that Councillor R. Thomas be appointed to replace Councillor B.A.L. Roberts as one of the Council’s Labour Group representatives on the Hywel Dda Community Health Council with effect from 1^st April 2016;

3.2   that Councillor H. Richards be appointed to replace Councillor I. Jackson as one of the Council’s Independent Group representatives on the Hywel Dda Community Health Council with immediate effect.

It was reported that the terms of office of Councillors S.M. Allen and I.W. Davies on the Oriel Myrddin Art Gallery Trust were due to expire on the 22^nd July 2016. It was reported that the Leader of the Council’s Independent Group had nominated both members for re-appointment.

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that Councillors S.M. Allen and I.W. Davies be re-appointed as Trustees of Oriel Myrddin Art Gallery for a further term of 4 years with effect from the 23rd July 2016.

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that Cllr R. Thomas be appointed to replace Cllr. P.M. Jones as a member of the Thomas and Elizabeth Williams Scholarship Committee.

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 14^th October, 2015 be signed as a correct record.
