1.	APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE. Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillors S.L. Davies and P.M. Hughes.
2.	DECLARATIONS OF PERSONAL INTERESTS. Minutes: There were no declarations of personal interest.
3.	ORIEL MYRDDIN ART GALLERY TRUST. Minutes: It was reported that the terms of office of Councillors T. Davies, A. James and H.I. Jones on the Oriel Myrddin Art Gallery Trust were due to expire on the 14^th December, 2016. It was reported that the Independent Group had nominated Councillors A. James and H.I. Jones for re-appointment. The Labour Group had requested that Councillor T. Davies be re-appointed until the local government elections in May 2017 as he would not be standing for re-election. UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED 3.1 that Councillors A. James and H.I. Jones be re-appointed as Trustees of Oriel Myrddin Art Gallery for a further term of 4 years with effect from the 15^th December, 2016; 3.2 that Councillor T. Davies be re-appointed as a Trustee of Oriel Myrddin Art Gallery until the local government elections in May 2017, with effect from the 15^th December, 2016.
4.	TO SIGN AS A CORRECT RECORD THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON THE 10TH MARCH, 2016. PDF 107 KB Minutes: UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 10^th March, 2016 be signed as a correct record.
