3.	TO CONSIDER APPOINTING COUNCILLOR STEPHEN WILLIAMS TO FILL THE VACANCY ON THE LLANELLI TOWN COUNCIL - TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT WORKING GROUP Additional documents: Webcast for 3. Minutes: The Committee was informed that the vacant seat on this Working Group was held by former member John Jenkins and Group Leaders proposed that the vacancy be filled by his successor in the Elli Ward, Councillor Stephen Williams. UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that Councillor Stephen Wiliams be appointed to fill the vacancy on the Llanelli Town Council – Traffic Management Working Group.
