The Executive Board Member for Environmental and Public Protection considered a report on the proposed adoption, by the County Council, of a Code of Practice for Contravention Code 27 of its Guidance Policies for the Enforcement and Cancellation of Penalty Charge Notices in relation to the prevention of an obstruction to residential driveways where such obstruction occurred without the consent of the occupiers of the property

The Executive Board Member was advised that should the report be adopted, the Code of Practice would be made available on the Council’s Parking webpage.

RESOLVED

2.1     that the Code of Practice in respect of Parking Contravention Code 27 be adopted

2.2    that the Code of Practice be made available on the Council’s Parking webpage.

RESOLVED that the decision record of the meeting of the Executive Board Member for Environmental and Public Protection held on the 21^st September 2015 be signed as a correct record.
