FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE FOLLOWING GRANT FUNDS: TARGETED FINANCE FUND AND WELSH CHURCH FUND

3.1 that the following applications for assistance from the Targeted Finance Fund be approved subject to the usual terms and conditions and those specified in the report:-

3.2 that the following applications for assistance from the Welsh Church Fund be approved subject to the usual terms and conditions and those specified in the report:-
