EVENT SUPPORT FUND APPLICATIONS Minutes: The Executive Board Member considered a report providing details of applications for assistance from the Event Support Scheme that have been assessed to the total amount of £5,860.00.
3.1 RESOLVED that the following applications for assistance from the Event Support Scheme be approved, subject to the terms and conditions indicated in the criteria for the fund:-
3.2 in accordance with the fund criteria the following applications be not supported:-
3.3 consideration of the application from Superprix 2019 be deferred to enable further discussions to be undertaken with the applicant regarding safety licencing.
3.4 RESOLVED that some funds are kept in reserve for the possibility of receiving higher scoring applications between now and the end of the financial year in March, 2020. |
