Additional documents:

Minutes:

Following the application of the public interest test it was RESOLVED pursuant to the Act referred to in minute no. 3 above not to publicise the content of the report as it contained exempt information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the Authority holding that information) (Paragraph 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Act).

The public interest test in this matter related to the fact that the report contained detailed information about the business and financial affairs and ambitions of the applicants. In this case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outlined above outweighed the public interest in disclosing the information contained within the report as disclosure of that information would potentially have a disproportionate negative impact upon the negotiating position of the applicant in dealings with prospective tenants.

The Executive Board Member considered an application from Mr Andrew Owen (an employee of Carmarthenshire County Council) for a grant towards the cost of the redevelopment of the former Lloyds Bank, 1 Quay Street, Ammanford.

RESOLVED that the following application for a grant from the Ammanford Regeneration Development Fund be approved subject to the usual terms and conditions and those specified in the report:-
