A representation was received from the local member in support of the application based upon the appraisal detailed within the Head of Place and Sustainability’s written report.  In particular, the local member referred to the improvements that would be made to public safety, with the provision of a safe route to school, in accordance with the condition for access roads and footways from the existing public highway to be laid out and constructed.
