Jeanette Gilasbey - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Gilasbey has a personal and prejudicial interest in relation to the review of the Primary Education Provision in the Mynyddygarreg and Gwenllian Areas, a matter within Minute Item 5.1. Cllr Gilasbey had a dispensation from the Standards Committee to speak on the matter but not vote.
