Declarations of interest for agenda item 'WEST WALES CARE PARTNERSHIP POPULATION ASSESSMENT AND MARKET STABILITY REPORT'

Cllr. Martyn Palfreman - Prejudicial - Cllr. Palfreman had a personal and prejudicial interest by virtue of paragraph 10(2)(d) of the Code of Conduct in that he undertakes work as a consultant for public bodies (including this authority) advising on issues relating to the provision of Health and Social Care services. Cllr Palfreman had been granted dispensation by the Standards Committee allowing him to speak and submit written representation but not vote. On this basis he remained in the meeting, took part in the deliberations but did not partake in the voting of the agenda items 6.1, 6.2 or 6.3
