We want all bins restored to their position as defined by
location that the authority uses pre 2020. We also want a survey
done on any litter hotspots in the villages and bins provided at
these areas.
We have a litter and dog fouling problem in Llangennech & Bryn,
the removal of the bins will make this worse.
